Plot:  CIA agent Jack Bauer (Kiefer Sutherland) has to stop a plot to assasinate a presidential candidate. At the same time he faces a mole in the agency and a threat on his own family. The series operates in real time meaning that each episode is one hour in the day.

Several bits of news popped up on the second season of the show recently. E! Online indicates an LA bombing will be the subject of the second season. The BBC has confirmed Season Two, which begins shooting mid-July, will be set in real time as well and about a year after the events of the first series. Finally, you can see a one sheet for the DVD release of Season 1 here.
