Hannibal expands on TV
The movie Hannibal will come to network TV in November 2003 for CBS. What's particularly interesting about this is that it will be shown as a four hour mini-series.
Ridley Scott's original cut of the movie clocked in at over three hours in length. Approximately an hour of it was cut for the theatrical release. Rather than throw all that material out, Scott will edit it back in for television and show it on two nights back to back.
