Six

Michael Jai White (Spawn) will be playing the lead in Kirk Wong's (The Big Hit) next movie, Six. Singer Toni Braxton plays his love interest and Tom Sizemore (Saving Private Ryan) may also join the cast. The script is by John Fasano who was also responsible for Universal Soldier 2: The Return. It's about a former CIA agent now struck with amnesia and left homeless. He possesses a weird berserker ability that makes him so valuable that the CIA wants him back.

The ever popular script review Stax got his hooks into the script. What follows isn't pretty but it is his honest opinion.

Ultimately, none of the story elements were ever adequately addressed. The tale's major gimmick (Eric's mysterious super-anger) is simply explained away as "who knows?" so I interpreted that as "who cares." The lovers never spend anytime together until the last fifteen pages so I never felt that anything wonderful between them had been lost because of Eric's "death" years before. The villains were not memorable and Eric almost always had the upper hand when fighting them. And the hero's mute until the third act so I never got to know him. Even as an action yarn it was all paint by numbers. Six was just frustrating enough to make me reach "level four." – STAX
