Planet of the Apes
Casting continues for director Tim Burton's "reimaging" of Planet of the Apes. Following recent signings of Tim Roth, Michael Clarke Duncan, Paul Giamatti and Estella Warren to work with leading man Mark Wahlberg, Fox announced today that Helena Bonham Carter (Fight Club) has joined the cast. Carter will be playing the role of an ape princess who believes that apes and humans can peacefully coexist. Michael Clarke Duncan will be playing an ape warrior, second in command to Tim Roth's ape commander.
