"I love you goofy bastards" Favorite Lines from the Movie: "Was it the frank or the beans?" "What about Brett Fav...re" "I was only boning you to get to Mary."> "Those goofy bastards are just about the best thing I've got going in this crazy world. "You choke the chicken before any big date don't you? Tell me you spank the monkey before any big date. Oh my god, he doesn't flog the dolphin before a big date! Are you crazy? That's like going out there with a loaded gun!" Reviews Red Sonja This movie was completely tasteless and relied almost solely on the most base form of humor. This is truly a despicable film with a sick sense of humor that will offend all sensitive men of the nineties that dare lay eyes on it. In other words, I LOVED IT!!! In my opinion this may be the greatest Tuesday night movie of all time. It ranks up there with the 'bad' classics like "Starship Troopers" and "Wild Things" as well as the 'good' classics like "The Full Monty" and "In and Out." This movie not only amuses, but also teaches vital lessons for life. I for one, will never go out with a 'loaded gun' again. Dogburt There isn't a whole lot I can say about this particular film. I think some things are better left unsaid. But I am a fan of the timeless classic "Dumb and Dumber," so if you could imagine that movie with an R-rating and a hot lead actress, (no offense, Ms. Holly) and then raise it to the nth degree, well, you come close to what this beauty did for me. The dog in this movie was better than Nicholson's dog, and it's good to see that the cop from D&D'er is still finding quality roles as the lovable hitchhiker/slasher with a heart of gold. Batman Wow. I can think of few films that rival this one for an astonishing lack of taste and the guts to take the low road. This movie sets the mark for all other Tuesday night films to try and limbo under. The dog stacks up as the greatest animal actor I have seen since the ferret in the bathtub in The Big Lebowski. The musical accompaniment was unusually involved and yet showed the ability to grow and change with the movie. Did anyone else notice that Cameron Diaz only wore a bra when someone was spying on her through a window? Lanceley This movie is definitely in the TNMC's top 5. Pure hilarity! I actually screamed with laughter during this movie. It's certainly low brow humor but I don't know anyone who wouldn't laugh at this movie. I can't believe they showed the zipper problem. Broken Arrow I laughed. I didn't cry, but it was much better than Cats. The Full Mason Better than Starship Troopers??? I think so. |
