Favorite Lines from the Movie: "If this is still a dream, where are all the girls?" "Kill Robinson Family!" Reviews Broken Arrow Horrible movie, perfect Lost In Space. All it lacked was a giant carrot (obscure reference lost on younger viewers)! Red Sonja This film was Bad with a capital B. And I loved it. The fact that the film's finest performance was turned in by Joey (from Friends) says it all. And even though her face is kind of crooked now, Mimi Rogers still looked good in that space suit. William Hurt must be hurting for work. Lanceley The special effects and the premise were pretty cool. Matt LeBlanc was laughable and Fran Drescher's 12 year old doppelganger needs a swift kick in the pants. Dogburt First and foremost, I wanted to see this movie because I believed that it could be a potential "Starship Troopers." I was not disappointed. I have never seen the old series from the 70's, and after this, I don't think I want to. I knew that this was not going to be some masterpiece, but that it could be a special effects extravaganza and highly entertaining. I was pleased on both accounts. What really did it for me, though, was the fact that this movie was a blatant hack of every quality sci-fi film ever made. The unabashedness of it all was a real turn-on. Especially the end, when I thought I was watching the Millenium Falcon blow up the Death Star. I believe that this movie will entertain me for years to come, and will eventually fill the role of cult classic. Mad Matt The Full Mason |
