Plot:  A psychologist at a prestigious university tries to stop a student from committing suicide.

David Fincher has agreed to develop the supernatural thriller Stay with an eye towards possibly directing it. He would be working from a script by David Benioff. The movie is about a psychologist at an Ivy League school that is trying to keep a student from committing suicide. Regency Enterprises is financing the project with Tom Lassally and Michael Bay producing.
