A call sheet for the new sci-fi Brad Pitt/Darren Aronofsky flick is up at FilmJerk.
31 August, 2001
Warner Bros. has moved this production's start date back from this fall to Summer 2002. The reason was to allow more time to fine tune the script and to wait for Cate Blanchett, who is expecting a baby in December.
Cate Blancett is considering joining the cast of Darren Aronofsky's as yet untitled sci-fi project. She would star opposite Brad Pitt, who has already signed on. The project is a high priority for Warner Bros. which is also counting on Aronofsky to restore the luster to their Batman franchise with his still developing Batman: Year One project.
This would be the next project for Blanchett, although it isn't certain how it will fit in with her pregnancy. She is expecting her first child later this year.
